It started with a love of fibre - I began as a traditional quilter, moved into modern quilting, and recently began exploring textile art. I'm intrigued with putting images into a range of fibre works. Finding beauty in everyday life nourishes my creative spirit and feeds my desire to build a range of techniques. My work leans toward the whimsical, quirky and folksy. After a long career in health care, I'm planning to have a retirement filled with the contentment and purpose that art brings into our lives.
